We spoke with 2 dealers who had experience with the Invacare Platinum Mobile. One mentioned that he really likes using the provider portal – a really great technology that allows for remote diagnostics and live fault codes. He rarely has to ship devices out for repair. There is also a connected app that works with this POC, which is great for viewing pulse display and battery life. Overall both dealers said the Invacare Platinum Mobile was very advanced and could save money and time with its remote troubleshooting features.

One customer said that she had trouble charging the unit with the cover on because it blocks the outlet when plugging into the wall. It takes both hands to hold the cover back while plugging the unit in to charge. Other than that, she was really pleased with how lightweight the unit is and how long it kept a charge through the day. Both customers were satisfied with the battery life and quality. They also mentioned that the setup was very easy and quick.

It is water resistant for up to ten minutes in the rain, and it has bumpers on all sides to protect from damage.
